In this full time role, you will act as the liaison officer between Job Pathways and our IT service provider. Your focus will be on providing excellent internal/external customer service, ensuring cybersecurity, and training staff, all while keeping our ICT operations running smoothly and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance.Responsibilities;ICT SupportProvide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues, or act as the go-between for Job Pathways and our IT service providerHelp with installing, setting up, and maintaining ICT systems and applicationsEnsure technical issues are resolved quickly and escalate more complex problems when neededCybersecurityServe as the first point of defense for IT securityHelp maintain compliance with Right fit for Risk (RFFR) and ISO 27001 standardsHandle minor IT incidents and eventsSupport the Manager in conducting auditsMandatory Skills/Experience:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Strong administration & customer service skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication skills
Other Requirements:
Current C Class drivers licence
National Police Check
