The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in building the local face of Red Bull in WA in the most relevant way, and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities. They collaborate with the FMM to establish local field networks, encompassing scene experts and opinion leaders across both online platforms and in person. The FMS plays a crucial role in creating and implementing marketing initiatives around Student Marketing but also within other key playgrounds like Sports. The role leads the student projects program as well as an effective sales support program for the state working closely with sales teams. The role of an FMS is dynamic and active, as they are consistently engaged 'in the field' rather than confined to an office environment.

o Collaborate closely with the FMM to implement the field strategy and develop initiatives aimed at enhancing brand health and deepening local understanding of product functionality.
o Support in the development of strong sports and active lifestyle programs for WA including a solid 3rd party event program, creator networks and innovative ideas to reach consumers in these key playgrounds.
o Support in the execution of national marketing programs with precision and local flavour.
o Drive relevance across key consumption occasions and moments of need
o Foster cross functional collaboration, managing both internal and external requests in alignment with regional priorities.
o Collaborate with Student Marketeers (SMs) to lead the creative process, ensuring a continuous stream of innovative ideas.
o Understand the consumer landscape within sport & active Lifestyle scenes to reach consumers.

o Communicate clear expectations and guidelines for SMs to integrate Red Bull into student life during critical moments (study, sports, etc.), employing a "from students, for students" approach.
o Set clear goals and program strategies together with the National Student Marketing Manager (NSMM) and FMM to drive trial that engages new users.
o Implement a strong sales support program within our university initiatives to enhance distribution, sales, and improve in-store visibility in and around our university campuses.
o Work with your SMs to create a consistent program of exciting and relevant university initiatives that build brand and can love among students with a focus on emerging generations.
o Manage external and internal requests for Student Marketing support, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

o Act as a role model and display the Red Bull values with a consistently motivating and inspiring tone.
o Optimise the local field program, being flexible with resources to ensure we are always ‘fishing where the fish are’.
o Support FMM in maintaining local logistics company to maintain branded tools and their management for achieving premium appearance and effective tool management.
o Lead and inspire the team by communicating strategy and relevance to their roles, providing on-the-job coaching, and motivating them to enhance brand and can love through consumer engagement in their programs.
o Implement and uphold recruitment, onboarding, and training modules to ensure consistency across the team.
o Train and empower SMs to take ownership of their targets, as well as personal and professional development, creating opportunities for top performers.
o Work cross-functionally with HR & Legal teams to manage administrative tasks relating to team employment, such as onboarding, compliance, and payroll.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
* University degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, Events, HR, or relevant work experience of minimum 3 years
* Experience managing people and teams
* Familiarity of the university landscape in Australia
* Proven experience in planning, managing and executing small to medium sized events
* Ideally experience in sales, working with commercial teams
* Travel 40-50%
