The Client Implementation Executive is expected to operate as a leader to plan, prioritize and execute on the implementation of new Alpha client business. What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Client Implementation Executive you will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of one or more implementation programs. You will supervise managers and inform executives on progress and performance. A successful Client Implementation Executive must have a broad knowledge of program management principles, experience leading organizations through transformational change and the ability to build relationships and engage effectively at executive and c-suite levels. You must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead highly matrixed teams at State Street. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to our clients and the organization.
1. Act as the business owner responsible for the successful delivery of the program, operating as the senior conduit between the client and State Street
2. Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs and challenges. Provide subject matter expertise and industry experience to lead Alpha solution discussions.
3. Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization
4. Oversee and approve program plans inclusive of State Street, client and critical 3rd party tasks.
5. Ensure program milestones and dependencies support agreed upon scope and timeline.
6. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting and resource allocations for the program
7. Establish Project Governance both internally and with the client ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with frequently and appropriately
8. Drive the client, internal stakeholders and critical 3rd parties to execute against their tasks and milestones; drive proper governance and program reporting
9. Drive a high performing culture across the program teams in which people operate to deliver client outcomes with a One State Street mindset.
10. Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
11. Implement standard change control process, deploy and maintain risk, issue and decision logs
12. Ensure program activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
13. Build and manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders
14. Drive continuous improvement to reduce implementation time, improve quality and improved client experience, and enable faster revenue recognition

Education & Preferred Qualifications
22. Demonstrated experience leading large transformational programs
23. Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions. Experience with front-to-back investment servicing and operations functions is preferred.
24. Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage. Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace, etc.
25. Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems and leading testing techniques
26. Ability to travel across the region as required
