About the opportunity As a valued member of the Wilson team, the Marketing Manager reports to the Wilson Homes' CEO and partners with the NEX Group Marketing Manager. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be the planning, development and implementation of all Wilson Homes marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing Wilson Homes' marketing strategy in collaboration with the group marketing team Leading the marketing plan and calendar of activities and events and maintain consistency with the developed set of Wilson Homes' brand guidelines Conceptualising and developing content for all campaigns: storytelling, planning and implementation in multimedia formats Optimising ways of working with sales teams and other internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes Maximising all traditional and digital media, including television, radio, print, out of home and online display advertisements for tactical retail and branding campaigns Delivering innovative and creative concepts to increase brand awareness and increase customer enquiries Increase lead generation reflected in website traffic, the number of visitors to our display centres, and leads entered into our CRM Manage media schedules, budgets and annual expenditure Evaluation of all campaigns, media activity, website analytics, display home traffic including assessment and ROI reporting Manage Wilson Homes events, including but not limited to display open days, VIP nights, customer information evenings. About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (ability to generate quality and compelling content) Driven and organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Willingness to travel statewide and interstate to collaborate with the wider marketing team A commitment to working as one team Interested?
