About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced leader to collaborate with our Therapy team/s in delivering exceptional services to clients while meeting organisational performance outcomes.
* This role requires flexibility and agility in focusing on impactful initiatives that benefit our clients, staff, and Scope.
* The successful candidate will build and maintain networks to deliver quality, safe, and sustainable therapy services.
About You
* You must share our commitment to enabling equal citizenship and empowering individuals with disabilities.
* Relevant experience in disability, health, or similar services is essential, as well as excellent communication, management, and governance skills.
* A human-centered approach, strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation are crucial for this role.
Requirements
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
* Current Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
* Registration with AHPRA or a relevant peak professional body.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
* Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
