Job Description Summary
As Corporate Concierge, you will deliver a range of on-site facilities and workplace services, ensuring a responsive, welcoming, and authentic experience to the client’s staff and visitors at our client’s premises. Our Corporate Concierge team focuses on anticipating needs, presenting a professional and approachable image, and delivering prompt and positive action to ensure every interaction is simple and effective, delivering an exceptional workplace experience.
Job Description
About the role:
* Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is strongly represented and that all work is of the highest quality.
* Integrate within the client's business to understand their workplace experience, identify areas for improvement and innovation.
* Proactively build rapport with clients (at the respective level), meeting their needs to minimise escalations.
* Work with key stakeholders to engage client employees, identifying strategies to encourage staff to return to the physical workplace.
* Office management, including overseeing mailroom operations and locker management.
* Meet and greet visitors, advising the host of their arrival.
* Manage room bookings for meetings and events to ensure efficient use of workplace facilities.
* Ensure all guests, visitors, and tradespeople sign in and register in accordance with site guidelines.
* Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimal disruption to the client’s business operations.
* Conduct property inspections and audits, reviewing property operations to maximise cost-effectiveness.
* Provide support for Health & Safety compliance.
About You:
* Prior experience in workplace services, either through Concierge or Workplace Coordination roles.
* Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when undertaking work.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, together with strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong Customer Service skills.
* Creative thinker, able and willing to contribute ideas for planning workplace events.
* Ability to be a team player and individual contributor as required.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
* An energetic, self-motivated personality with a curious nature and interest in learning.
* High levels of integrity and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
