We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service candidate to join a well-established company to start on the 6th of January 2025.

This role will be an initial temporary assignment of 12 months with the view to extend long term.
The Role!
Join this national company as part of their Customer Service Team. Within this role as the Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting and working closely alongside many internal divisions such as the Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
Duties may include:
* Working through specific open order request (issues with generating invoices)
* Contacting customers to provide outstanding Purchase Orders
* Collaborating with the Open Orders team to support resolving open orders and driving sales across the business.
* Process customer orders and record all relevant information on our database.
* Data entry work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date.

* Great customer service, not afraid to pick up the phone to give customers a call
* Experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment
* Attention to detail - ensuring all the information is provided to our customers as they need it
* A passion for process improvement & team collaboration
* Strong experience with data entry tasks
* Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This will be a Monday - Friday role, 9am-5pm with a blend of in office and WHF throughout the week. As this role is for a minimum of 12 months, you must have full working rights in Australia.
