As a Support Worker in our specialist disability home, you will be at the heart of creating meaningful experiences and empowering independence for people with disability.
* Support daily living activities like cooking, cleaning, and menu planning.
* Provide personal care and medication assistance.
* Foster active lifestyles with person-centred community engagement programs.
* Apply positive behaviour strategies aligned with individual support plans.
You will build trusted relationships and communicate progress with families. Your role is to enrich lives and build brighter futures.
About You
You are enthusiastic, empathetic, and ready to make a difference. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and love teamwork.
* Previous experience in the disability sector (a must).
* Confidence in providing personal and hygiene care.
* Resilience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.
* A valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

* NSW driver's license.
* Full Covid-19 vaccination.
* National Criminal History Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening.
* WWCC.
* First Aid certification.
