Customer Service Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer repairs and servicing, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer repairs and servicing
* Liaising with service agents and suppliers
* Updating customers on repair status
* Assisting with administrative duties
* Running weekly reports
* Advising customers on stock arrival and delivery
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a customer-focused retail business
* Ability to work in a high-volume administration environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable)
