We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As the main point of contact for day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for:
* End-to-end portfolio management, interacting with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating and conducting Ingoing, Outgoing, and Routine inspections
* Rent Arrears management and effective follow-up
* Managing repairs and maintenance requests
* Show rental properties, conduct application checks, and assist with leasing activities
* Rent reviews and lease renewals management
* Tribunal preparation and attendance, if required
* Occasional Saturday leasing work, with time off in lieu
Key Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Class 2 Real Estate License (or in the process of getting one)
* 1+ years of real estate experience within property management preferred however not essential
* Strong knowledge of property management legislation and general real estate practices
* A current driver's license and willingness to travel across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Newcastle regions
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
* A strong sense of social justice and knowledge of the affordable housing sector is a plus
