Key Responsibilities: ✔ Strategic HR Leadership – Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance and best practices. ✔ Business Partnering – Work closely with senior leaders to proactively address workforce challenges and drive performance. ✔ End-to-End HR Management – Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, remuneration, industrial relations, and workplace safety. ✔ Performance & Culture – Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. ✔ Continuous Improvement – Monitor HR processes and identify areas for enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ✔ Team Leadership – Manage and develop the NSW HR team to deliver exceptional HR support. ✔ Workplace Health & Safety – Collaborate with WH&S teams to implement initiatives that promote a safe and compliant work environment. About You: ✔ Experienced HR Professional – 8-10 years' HR experience in a mid-to-large organisation, with leadership experience. ✔ Industrial Relations Expertise – Strong understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and union negotiations. ✔ Strategic & Relationship-Focused – Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Multi-Disciplinary HR Knowledge – Proven capability across learning & development, remuneration, workforce planning, and change management. ✔ Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven – High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and HR compliance. ✔ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) ; experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and SAP Payroll is advantageous.
