About The Role
As a PHI Developer at WAPHA, you will manage and support software applications on the PHI Platform, ensuring data integrity and security. You will work on application development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions. This role involves improving the organisation’s security posture, investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in system design, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
We are recruiting for two full time positions - 1 ongoing, 1 maximum term until 30 June 2025.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain software applications on the PHI Platform.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices in development.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and provide solutions.
* Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate processes using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
* Perform root cause analysis and develop workarounds for incidents.
* Liaise with external service providers to ensure quality project delivery.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
* Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and service management processes.
About You
You are a skilled software developer with a strong foundation in application development and system management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling complex projects while maintaining a focus on data security and compliance. You are experienced in working with .NET frameworks, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies, with a passion for improving processes through automation and collaboration. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance will be key to your success in this role.
You Will Need:
* A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in .NET framework, ASP.NET (C#), and web front-end development.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (react, node.js), and Web APIs.
* Demonstrated experience with Agile software development practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in developing automation solutions.
* Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
* Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and provide technical guidance.
