**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Liquidity Product Management to join our team at Westpac Institutional Bank.
This is a permanent opportunity, full-time role available in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our deposit product suite within Global Transactions Services (GTS).
Their efforts will focus on optimising transactional, savings, investment, and working capital solutions to better serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing subject matter expertise, including external market knowledge, needed to underpin intelligent decision-making for GTS Deposit product suite
* Developing and driving customer-centric strategies to uplift customer engagement, balance growth and P&L performance of GTS Deposit products
* Owning and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle including product and solution development, management, and simplification
* Working with risk stakeholders to assess risks pertaining to the products and actively seek to reduce risk for the business
* Supporting collaborators across multiple Distribution teams, Finance, Digital, Technology, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and execution of Liquidity Management Solutions
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of practical experience in areas such as liquidity management, product management, partnerships management, or product delivery
* Demonstrated success in developing product roadmaps and customer value propositions
* Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills
* Commercial acumen and ability to think strategically
* Tertiary qualification in economics, finance, business or related field
