Your Role
As a Mechanical Technician, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for performing response and rectification maintenance works to achieve high standards within the Estates service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & reactive repairs across HVAC & refrigeration systems.
* Proactive monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure plant functionality.
* Technical support and maintenance on mechanical plant, including heat exchangers, cooling towers, pumps, and motors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Extensive building services experience in large commercial environments or similar settings.
* High proficiency using testing instruments, tools, and equipment for asset commissioning and performance monitoring.
* Competency in fault-finding Refrigeration assets and associated controls.
* A strong customer service focus and commitment to resolving concerns through proactive communication.
* HVAC Trade Certificate and ARCTICK licence with restricted electrical licence.
