Additionally, they will offer procurement and contract advice, guidance, and support across ECSA.Reporting to the Manager Finance, key responsibilities include:Working with the Manager Finance and managers to prepare the annual budget and providing regular progress reports.Preparing financial statements and performance reporting in accordance with established timelines and relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.Providing advice and guidance on complex financial management and control matters.Overseeing ECSA's banking functions including bank and credit card reconciliations, cash flow modelling, and cash flow management.Leading and providing financial input and evaluation for complex and high-value procurement processes.Preparing annual and quarterly financial statements.Facilitating external audit processes.Actively evaluating ECSA's financial systems, policies, and procedures, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Applications are encouraged from degree-qualified professionals (Accounting, Economics or Commerce) with previous experience in financial and management accounting.
