We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, warm, nurturing & encouraging Superstar who:

As our Lead Educator you are essential part of our team! You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that supports the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.
Toral Lodge Childcare Centre is situated in a tranquil environment in Buderim, Sunshine Coast Queensland. This centre purpose built for young children and families to enjoy farmyard experiences. Toral Lodge is a place where all people are valued. Educators, children, parents, families, and the wider community all have vital roles within our centre. We believe that every child is a unique individual and we convey this in all that we do. Our philosophy and belief about children guide our programs and practices.
What you’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Proven experience in providing cozy hugs to little people
* An expansive range of sounds for “Old MacDonald”
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
* Current Working with Children Check
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
* Experience with Storypark is a bonus
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
