About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Allied Health Social Work Service team as a Clinical Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and coordinating quality activities and service improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the service.

Additionally, you will build and maintain professional networks and working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the region to support service development and quality activities. You will also establish social work practices and protocols for managing complex psychosocial cases.

In this role, you will provide consultative services to all areas within the Women's and Children's Hospital, including support, education, and problem-solving for complex psychosocial cases. You will coordinate and facilitate an ongoing training and development program for Social Work staff.

About You
">
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification that gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. You will also have experience at a senior clinical level within the profession in an area of specialisation.

You must demonstrate ability to undertake a clinical caseload while undertaking concurrent project work. Additionally, you will need to co-ordinate service provision for consumers and supervise a professional team.
