What will you be doing in this role:
This is a Monday to Friday portfolio management position focused on customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and confident to manage a growing portfolio of 80 residential properties. With dedicated support for administrative tasks, trust accounts, new business, and leasing, you can concentrate on what you do best, including:
* Managing arrears
* Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Overseeing repairs and maintenance
* Facilitating rent reviews and increases
* Preparing for and attending NCAT
* Handling bond and insurance claims
* Providing renovation recommendations
* Attending weekly team meetings and training
* Nurturing Landlord and Tenant relationships
The right candidate will have:
* A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* 3+ years managing a portfolio independently
* Tech savvy and able to work within a paperless office
