Provide effective evidence-based psychological therapy services to individuals, adolescents, adults, or couples experiencing mental health concerns.
Design, facilitate, and lead effective therapy groups for diverse populations.
Collaborate with other clinical psychologists and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Contribute to developing, implementing and marketing our therapy groups, including program selection, recruitment, scheduling, evaluation and developing marketing content.
Stay up-to-date on the latest treatment approaches through professional development opportunities (budget of $1,000 per year and one day of leave).
Participate in individual supervision and multiple peer supervision groups to meet professional development requirements.
About you:
Possess a master of clinical psychology and/or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and be registered as a clinical psychologist with AHPRA.
Have proven experience in providing therapy services and leading therapy groups.
Demonstrate a strong background in treating mental health disorders in outpatient settings.
Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Possess strong organisational skills to manage client work, administrative tasks, logistics and marketing materials.
Have experience crafting marketing materials and enjoy promoting mental health services.
Be proficient in using social media platforms.
Be a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Feel energised by clinical work and derive satisfaction from helping people.
