About the Role:
Our Biologics marketing team is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager for Biologics and the Arrotex Pharmaceutical Marketing senior leadership team to drive the ongoing evolution of the Arrotex Biologics medicines strategy to achieve key commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of brand plans, drive promotional strategies, and engage with key opinion leaders to expand portfolio utilisation.Brand & Portfolio Management: Oversee the financial and market performance of assigned brands, manage forecasts, and ensure alignment with Arrotex's growth targets.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and external partners to support brand objectives, facilitate communication, and create cohesive marketing initiatives.Sales Activation & Collaboration: Lead efforts in supporting the sales team to drive product adoption, execute promotional programs, and achieve distribution goals.Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically within pharmacy or prescriber channels.Knowledge of Medicines Australia (MA) Code of Conduct, Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association (GBMA) Code and TGA Code (no.2) 2018.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and marketing campaigns.Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy and optimize brand performance.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.Well-developed and proven organisational skills with an ability to balance and prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands in order to manage workflow.Strong problem-solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills, with the ability to create innovative workable solutions and proactively anticipate needs, foresee challenges and problems, and take action to prevent them.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce well-thought-out and professional written correspondence.Benefits & perks:
