Specialising in key growth markets and industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and retail, they provide innovative and reliable services that drive business success and support sustainable global trade.ResponsibilitiesOverall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):Coordinate import/export shipments, including air and sea freight.Ensure compliance with regulations, tariffs, customs laws, and company policies.Prepare, review, and submit accurate shipping documentation.Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and customs brokers for smooth goods movement.Track shipments, address transit issues, and ensure timely deliveries.Resolve discrepancies with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Provide exceptional customer service and regular shipment updates.Your ProfileTo be considered for this role you will have/ be: Experience in export/import freight forwarding in the logistics industry.
Cargowise experience is a must.In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics operations.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What's on offer?Joining a dynamic and collaborative team, the successful candidate can expect a full-time role with a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, plus 11.5% superannuation.
