We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Workshop Controller with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, this role will oversee the daily operations of our dynamic workshop.
Your ability to effectively engage with staff, drive productivity, and ensure efficiency will play a crucial role in exceeding both workshop KPIs and Customer satisfaction expectations.
