We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand. You’ll have the unique advantage of working closely with our in-house creative agency, Harp Collective - a team of experts in photography, videography, and 3D rendering who can create stunning visual assets for your marketing campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing...
Content Creation & Strategy
* Develop and execute a creative content plan across social media, email, and digital platforms.
* Write engaging, witty captions, blog posts, and marketing copy that match Fritz Tango’s stylish, fun brand voice.
* Work with our in-house creative team to bring high-end visuals to life—think stunning product shots, dynamic videos, and eye-catching 3D renders.
* Capture and edit quick, on-the-go social media content (think Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories).
Social Media Management
* Manage and grow Fritz Tango’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Schedule and post content, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand aesthetic.
* Engage with our community—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a fun and brand-aligned way.
* Analyze social performance and optimize content based on insights.
Email Marketing & Campaigns
* Plan, write, and schedule email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
* Build and segment email lists for targeted messaging.
* A/B test subject lines, layouts, and content to improve open and click-through rates.
Marketing & Brand Growth
* Assist in developing and managing paid social campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
* Collaborate on influencer and PR partnerships to expand brand reach.
* Keep an eye on trends in design, home styling, and outdoor living to bring fresh, exciting ideas to the brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
* A strong creative eye – you know what makes content visually appealing and engaging.
* Excellent writing skills – clever, clear, and on-brand.
* Basic photography/video skills (smartphone content is fine, but bonus points for editing experience).
* Familiarity with photoshop/Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Organized & self-motivated – you take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
* A passion for home design, styling, or outdoor living is a plus!
