What’s the role?
Join our team as Senior Manager, Franchise Operations & Contracts and lead seamless operations for the Aussie retail network. You will drive franchisee satisfaction through efficient management, overseeing all franchise agreement documentation with strict adherence to the franchising code of conduct. Your efforts will directly impact the expansion and sustainability of our network, making you an integral part of our growth story.
Job Description
1. Lead the franchise agreement issuance and execution to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards
2. Coordinate drafting, review, and approval with legal partners and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to franchising regulations and proactive compliance with evolving laws
3. Establish and maintain a documentation system for franchise operations, including agreements and legal records and develop protocols for retention, retrieval, and confidentiality
4. Collaborate closely with Distribution Growth and Sales teams to streamline documentation for new franchise agreements, transfers, renewals, variations, and closures, offering guidance and support
5. Ensure timely processing of all franchise-related documents, overseeing review, approval, execution, and distribution
6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on documentation requirements, compliance, and best practices
7. Identify and mitigate risks in franchise operations through proactive measures and regular audits of documentation practices
8. Continuously optimise documentation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, integrating stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement
Qualifications
9. Proven experience in franchise operations, contract management, or legal compliance, demonstrating a deep understanding of franchising regulations and best practices
10. Have excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
11. Have a keen eye for details and strong analytical skills, with the ability to review complex legal documents and identify discrepancies or issues
12. A strong communicator, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts
13. Deeply committed to upholding ethical standards and maintaining strict confidentiality
14. Experience in Confluence and JIRA is highly desirable
