What will your day look like? This role is accountable for:Building and delivering the communications and engagement plan for the program.Acting as a delegated and second in charge to the Communications Lead for the program.Developing and updating key messages, FAQs, materials and other assets.Planning and managing events and resources to deliver effective outcomes within budget and timeframe.Building and maintaining relationships within the Migration program team as well as across the organisation to develop communications that are aligned to ANZ's strategy and purpose.Identifying and managing the operational and reputation risks associated with handling confidential and market sensitive information.Role-modelling leadership behaviours and actively contributing to a positive workplace culture.Measuring and monitoring communication outputs and pivoting as required to meet stakeholder requirements and feedback.Regular program milestone, calendar and status reporting.
