The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Enterprise Services, the Human Resources Specialist is a rare opportunity that will partner with key leadership stakeholders and members of the enterprise support team to ensure the efficient running of the human resources support function. Being the flexible client that they are, the role could suit a more experienced candidate three days a week. Or for a more junior candidate, there could be a permanent ongoing option on offer. The areas of focus will include but are not limited to: Developing and executing strategies to recruit and retain top talent. Leading recruitment processes, including preparing position descriptions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing third-party provider relationships. Proactively developing a pool of qualified candidates through networking and technology-based strategies. Accurately maintaining applicant and interview data in BambooHR. Managing employment offers and contractual matters and onboarding new staff accordingly. Supporting staff well-being by promoting health and safety initiatives. Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters productivity, satisfaction, and longevity. Supporting the implementation of coaching, learning, development, and diversity programs. Utilising CultureAmp for performance and review processes and coordinating the employee engagement survey. Updating internal HR policies to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
