Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Skilled in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, and Agile. Strong strategic thinking with deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital alignment to business objectives. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving impactful change. Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a track record of successful project delivery.
