Supply Chain and Logistics Manager About the role As Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, you will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process – from procurement to customer delivery while working for an innovative and growing public listed company - Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies Manufacturing group! Working out of our national corporate office based at Wellcamp, Toowoomba, you will work alongside the Commercial Manager to ensure operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package including base salary and superannuation. Main Responsibilities Supply chain management – develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage procurement process, identify and mitigate risks. Logistics and transportation – oversee transportation and distribution networks, optimise routing and shipping methods, liaise with carriers, report on performance. Import/Export operations – manage international shipping, comply with trade regulations, collaborate with customs brokers and government agencies. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics principles, and transportation management systems. Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving, analytics, and organisational skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Proficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g. Pronto). Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and import/export.
