We offer a Flexible, Part-Time Role: 3-4 days per week, with options for in-office, remote, and client home visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Cognitive and Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS plan reviews.
* Work closely with clients and support networks to produce evidence-based reports for NDIS reviews.
* Help clients set goals and strategies to improve independence, quality of life, and community connection.
* Develop person-centered care plans with effective OT interventions.
* Collaborate with health professionals to enhance client outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
* Support continuous improvement and best-practice standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Recent graduates or experienced OTs in cognitive functional capacity assessments, especially for NDIS.
Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
Preferred experience with psychosocial disabilities or mental health conditions.
NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, and Driver's Licence required.
