People Administrator – 8-month secondment Closing date: COB Thursday 10th April 2025 Join our People Processing Centre to assist with accurately processing people-related operational requests. Our People Processing Centre (PPC) is the bank’s operational hub within People and Culture that facilitate transactional processing of people-related lifecycle activities including offers, onboarding, staff movements, cross-boarding, off-boarding, and project implementation. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an 8-month secondment for a People Administrator to join the PPC team reporting into the Team Leader. A fantastic entry point into an HR role, you’ll be trained up to assist with actioning leader’s requests, with a particular focus in onboarding employees by producing contracts and associated work. You’ll ensure that all requests are actioned consistently, with a high level of accuracy and within agreed service response times. With a keen interest in HR and all things people related you’ll be able to develop your knowledge and skills in this area to grow your career. Ideally you’ll have some administrative experience with great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy, and skills in problem sovling, as well as be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
