This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, growing organisation, working in a friendly and creative team environment.WHAT'S INVOLVED We're looking for a dynamic Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to manage warehouse operational flow and in/out of goods and orders. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, has warehouse management experience, understands inventory management, is tech-savvy, and puts customer-satisfaction first.Role Purpose: To maintain the operational flow of the warehouse and ensure that fulfillment processes are completed promptly and accurately, aligning with the company's standards and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and dispatching. Ensure efficient space utilisation and workflow organization.Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and develop the warehouse team. Provide training, set performance standards, and conduct regular performance evaluations.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes for increased efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in inventory management and order fulfillment.Quality Control: Ensure that all items are stored and handled properly, maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee the packing and shipping processes to minimise errors and damages.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations regarding warehouse operations.Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate and direct customer service teams to address customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and fulfillment. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.Budget Management: Oversee warehouse budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
