What You'll Do Drive technical decisions and architect solutions in our emissions reporting platform Build and optimise full-stack features using React, Java, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration Work directly with environmental experts to translate complex regulatory requirements into elegant technical solutions Support our hybrid infrastructure, balancing on-premises deployments with cloud-based dataset management Be part of a small, high-impact team where your code goes directly to production What You'll Need 3+ years of professional development experience with React and Java Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and enterprise system integration Experience with modern CI/CD practices and tools (automated testing, deployment automation) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability is key Passion for creating robust, scalable solutions in a regulated environment Bonus Points For Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT) or the Ignition platform Knowledge of environmental reporting standards (#NGER, GHG Protocol, GRI) Background in real-time data processing and visualisation Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises architectures DevOps tooling expertise Why Join Us?
