Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and sustain strong relationships with Microsoft Account Management and Technical Solution Professionals, focusing on the Entra ID platform.
* Recruit, contract, and establish reseller and implementation partners.
* Identify partners, assess their industry position, and analyze sales options for new or incremental capacity.
* Communicate regularly with Focus Partners to build trusted relationships.
* Achieve business development goals to support overall growth and meet annual sales objectives.
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create your Business Development Plan.
* Coordinate and execute lead generation activities with Partner Marketing and local Sales resources.
Minimum Requirements :
* Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Solid experience in Microsoft Cloud Solutions sales, engaging with Microsoft Account Management and Technical teams
* 5+ years in Channel Management and SaaS Go-To-Market strategies; familiarity with Digital Identity solutions like Entra ID preferred
* Proven track record of success and reliability
* Strong knowledge of the local IT market and extensive business network
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
* Skilled in showcasing business value to customers and partners
* Collaborative with partners and local sales / technical teams to drive opportunities and business plans
* Hands-on in sales cycles, forecasting, and CRM management
* Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
* Willing to travel as needed
