As the face of Criterion Industries for your selected accounts, you will deliver “first call resolution” and provide an exceptional customer experience that makes working with us effortless. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and trust. Acting as the key point of contact, you’ll address client needs, resolve issues, and oversee the successful delivery of products and services—all while driving sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with your clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries, escalations, and transactions.Drive Sales Growth: Secure new project opportunities, follow up on quotes, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Promote new products and create tailored pricing structures.Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide proactive solutions to client challenges, working closely with builders and architects to ensure seamless project execution.Collaborate Effectively: Partner with your dedicated Customer Service Specialist to address client needs promptly.
