For further information please visit our website.About the RoleThe Direct Mail & Database Administrator provides essential support for the organisation's fundraising and marketing objectives through the administration of the Gardens Customer Relationships Management database. Working in a friendly and dynamic environment, the Administrator is responsible for the administration of the RBGV's supporter database to sustain annual targets for fundraising, marketing and stakeholder engagement. The Administrator will create mailing lists, develop reports, maintain data integrity and accurately process donations and philanthropic activity as well as providing general administrative support. Working closely with the Development and the Marketing and Communications teams, this position prepares, coordinates and delivers data that supports successful fundraising appeals and campaigns and other marketing and promotional communications to support visitation, ticket sales and brand awareness.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience in the management of donor or contact databases, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics preferred. You will have good analytical skills with a continuous improvement approach – always identifying better ways of getting the job done!
