Job Description
UNICEF is the world's largest children's charity working to protect vulnerable children, globally and here in Australia.
We run entirely on voluntary donations, improving the lives of every vulnerable child, no matter who they are or where they live.
Our teams work on the ground in 190 countries with local partners to deliver lifesaving help and create lasting change.
Donations help us vaccinate children in war zones, provide early childhood education access in Indigenous communities, and protect every child, no matter what.
We offer a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible work arrangements, built around the diversity of our team and their needs.
A competitive salary commensurate with the not-for-profit sector and a broad range of wellbeing benefits are offered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive impact for children through growing single giving at UNICEF Australia, including leading and stewarding the mid-value supporter program.
2. Develop, implement, and optimise strategies for single giving retention and mid-value donors.
3. Lead the execution of key campaigns and collaborate with other UNICEF markets and the Australian NFP sector.
4. Work closely with our Supporter Experience team to capture audience feedback and improve products and experiences.
5. Manage and integrate across combined Individual Giving and/or Fundraising and Communication campaigns.
6. Report on campaign results and metrics for all single giving supporters and MVD audience segments.
Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, commerce, or business or equivalent relevant experience.
* 4+ years' experience in a consumer mass marketing environment.
* Previous MVD, Retention, or supporter-facing fundraising experience highly desirable.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience with CRMs, CMS, and email marketing software.
* Proven ability to track, monitor, and report on campaign results.
* Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
