We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished leader to take on the role of Associate Director, Global Sustaining Supply Chain.
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, you will define, lead, and govern projects through their transition lifecycle to optimize the geographical and operational supply chain footprint for one (or more) of our product portfolios.
Your role will support developing and delivering the Military, Safety, & Cargo Systems (MSC) footprint strategy for the associated product lines, inclusive of obsolescence challenges, such that best-in-class standards are delivered.
What You Will Do :
Ensure execution through detailed planning, discipline, Integrated Master Schedule Management (IMS), visual controls and work transfer policies to meet project objectives.
Ensure policies and processes continuously improve throughout our transformation journey.
Demonstrate agility to react to changing circumstances and business priorities and interface effectively on all levels across the organization including senior leadership.
Create and deliver opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align our physical presence with our business objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, operational analysis, and change management efforts to achieve a streamlined and impactful footprint that supports our long-term growth and sustainability plans.
Scope and execute the strategy for complex work placement projects consistent with the Interiors' MSC Segment Strategy.
Govern transition projects that meet the primary business objectives of cost reduction, security of supply, and future material enablement.
Support critical obsolescence challenges the business faces, inclusive of supporting Last Time Buy projects, with alignment to qualification schedules.
Oversee a team of Work Transfer Managers, responsible for the execution of product moves across the Supply Chain and / or into Operations, inclusive of supporting site planning.
Work closely with all support functions of the business to establish and implement critical functional strategies and plans, impacting the achievement of results.
Work with multiple teams and projects to effectively drive teams to identify requirements, processes, and risk contingency plans to meet project objectives.
Use applicable Collins / RTX standard policies and procedures to drive project management execution and compliance to all requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentation materials to support business deliverables.
Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate with parties within and outside of own function and on all levels within the business.
Work collaboratively with operations and business subject matter experts across the organization to capture information and data to support various work scopes.
Provide leadership, mentorship, guidance, support, training and resources to ensure the team's success in delivering projects.
Define and execute Sustaining Program strategies to improve OTD, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Support change and transition management activities to maximize results.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications We Prefer :
Experience in a cost reduction, supply chain or Project Management role in the Aerospace Industry is desired.
Supply Chain Management and / or Operations experience is preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
Continuous Improvement certification is preferred.
Working level knowledge of export / ITC regulations and policies is preferred.
Experience presenting to executive level leadership.
Ability to travel as required (30% travel anticipated - to include international travel).
