Payroll Officer / Accounts Receivable OfficerWe are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer/Accounts Receivable Officer to join our fast-paced team in Gladstone. This role is offered either full time or part time (4 days per week). You will work with our current Payroll team to assist in delivering our weekly end-to-end payroll process and provide support to the accounts receivable team once payroll has been completed. We are looking for a positive and dynamic person who can work across both payroll and accounts receivable teams.Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll efficiently and accurately.Investigate and resolve payroll queries.Understand and interpret Awards to ensure pays are compliant and accurate.Run and analyse payroll reports for errors and trends.Identify process improvements to find efficiencies in the payroll process.Reconcile client timesheet entries with pays.Raise monthly invoices including calculation of billable costs.Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team in downtime.Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee records.Experience & Skills:5 plus years’ experience in payroll.Sound analytical, numeracy and financial skills, including the ability to interpret and provide advice on entitlements, legislation, and policy.APPLY NOW by sending your resume to hr@xtremeengineering.com.auOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Xtreme Engineering is an equal opportunity employer.
