You'll be key in shaping our technology strategy, ensuring we adopt modern practices and cutting-edge tools while aligning with our long-term objectives.What you'll do: Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for delivering digital solutions on time and to high standards. 12 to 14 indirect reports including 6 direct reports. Drive continuous improvement of Agile methodologies, tools, and processes across the digital engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with our business goals. Architect and design efficient, secure, and cost-effective software solutions, following industry best practices and organisational standards. Manage the capability and capacity of the digital engineering team, ensuring resources align with project needs and timelines. Foster a culture of high-quality patient care through innovative digital solutions that enhance workflows and interactions. What we're looking for: 7+ years of experience in technology-related roles. 5+ years leading software development teams, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment. Experience in solution architecture, automation, cloud technologies, and CRM. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop your team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders effectively. Technical skills and experience: Specialist knowledge in Workflow & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platforms. Expertise in Automation/Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or UiPath. Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure) and Data Analytics.
