The work pattern is:Week 1:Thursday: 6.35am – 3.15pmFriday: 6.35am – 3.15pmSunday: 6.35am – 3.15pmWeek 2:Tuesday: 6.35am – 3.15pmFriday: 6.35am – 3.15pmIf you share a passion for person-centred care services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you!About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse to provide clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction, support and leadership of nursing and care/support staff will also be required.Takes immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care WorkersEnsures care plan changes reflect any change of a resident's conditionMaintains an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and/or allied health staffEnsures that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirementsAll Registered Nurses that commence at Bethanie will participate in our RN Mentorship Program.
