Manager Residential in Reach | Permanent Full Time opportunity including a monthly ADOAbout The RoleThe Residential In Reach (RIR) Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the delivery of care to elderly residents within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs).
In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, this role focuses on providing short-term, person-centred nursing care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
