What will you do?
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-paced, outcome focused team in supporting the business in ANZ. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and leading the implementation of marketing strategies than enhance our brand presence, engage our target markets and drive business growth in the ANZ region.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing Plan Development and Execution:
1. Work closely with the ANZ business stakeholders to assist in developing tailored go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of the marketing plan.
2. Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to align local plan with global priorities
3. Work towards understanding the ANZ market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to sharpen the marketing strategies for respective target market.
Campaign Management:
4. Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Thought Leadership and Content Creation:
6. Assist in developing local content strategy, in close collaboration with local business unit leads and the AP Marketing Lead.
7. Facilitate the profiling of key thought leaders and help shape their personal branding as industry subject matter experts.
8. Identify and organize effective participation of industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the dss+ brand and insights.
9. Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including case studies, points of view, and social media posts.
10. Ensure all content aligns with the dss+ brand voice and messaging.
Brand Management:
11. Maintain and enhance the dss+ brand presence in Australia, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Digital Marketing:
12. Incorporate and support the overall digital marketing efforts, including ANZ content website updates and LinkedIn campaigns.
13. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, and suggest improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
14. Work closely with the global and regional marketing team to align to the brand positioning and marketing campaigns and work efficiently.
15. Work closely with the business stakeholders to plan and support lead generation initiatives.
16. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
17. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
18. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

To be successful in this position, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:
19. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
20. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
21. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
22. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
24. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
25. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
26. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Eloqua, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
