About The Role In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality FSM solutions.
This includes creating custom applications, workflows, and integrations that optimise field service processes, improve user experience, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include: Design, Develop and Deliver FSM Solutions: Design, architect, build, and implement Service Now Field Service Management (FSM) applications.
Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customise FSM modules based on business requirements.
Integrations: Integrate FSM solutions with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, Workforce Compliance) and other Service Now modules to ensure end-to-end service management.
Workflow Automation: Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and automation using Service Now Flow Designer and other tools to streamline field service operations.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose FSM solutions that meet business needs.
Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of FSM solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet the highest standards.
Documentation and Training: Provide clear documentation on FSM designs, customisations, and configurations, and train end-users.
Maintain and Enhance FSM System: Continuously monitor, maintain, and enhance FSM applications and processes to meet evolving business needs and address any issues or system improvements.
About You Our ideal candidate will have: Experience across Service Now modules such as FSM, CSM, ASM and/or ITSM, with a good understanding of FSM application modules, forms, workflows, and UI components.
Practical experience in implementing at least one FSM project, ideally within telecommunications, utilities or similar industries.
Expertise in Service Now Mobile App builder configuration tool to build and manage screens, workflows, rules and conditions within Service Now Mobile apps.
Experience in configuring reports and dashboards in Service Now FSM, Report Builder, Performance Analytics, or developing custom reports.
Experience in implementing Service Now integrations with third-party systems and tools using REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
Practical experience with Service Now Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Ability to develop and maintain new and existing Service Now scripts for business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies.
Ability to work within a high-performing agile environment working with multiple stakeholders and other team members collaboratively.
Experience in any AWS environment is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and or any Service Now certifications would be highly regarded.
