With that being said, we’re expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic OOSH Educator to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis at our Clarence Town OOSH Service.Your role is an essential and highly important one requiring a high level of customer service and enthusiasm – assisting the Supervisor in planning, implementing and evaluating our OOSH programs for our communities little humans!An understanding of all relevant Acts and Regulations is a must, as we pride ourselves on our ability to maintain a safe environment for all.Some of the key responsibilities within this role are listed below:Deliver Education and Care for children enrolled in the OOSH serviceAssist the Nominated Supervisor to ensure the service is compliant with relevant Acts, Regulations and Service Level AgreementsEngaging in healthy and positive relationships with school-aged children with a creative mindDemonstrate a genuine passion of working with children or caring for childrenThis is a permanent opportunity – working part-time for 30.5 hours per weekBase Salary Range: $49,089 - $53,235 -pa based on 30.5 hours + 11.5% superannuation + $1,856 retention allowanceYou will be working from Thrive Kids Clarence Town service.We’re all about putting the right people, in the right role!
