Your opportunity: Provide high level quality rural mental health care including case management, assessment and acute care service, mental health promotion and education, and consultation liaison services to the adult mental health clients and their families within the community of the Hinterland Hub, as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Your role: Provide a collaborative case management service, intake and referral role and acute care service to adults with identified mental health problems. Participate in clinical assessments, counselling and therapy in accordance with recognised principles of discipline specific practice and in conjunction with other members of the team. Provide clinical education and practice supervision to less experienced practitioners and students with the support of senior clinical staff. Undertake personal education, professional development and professional supervision.
