Position: Full Time Early Childhood Teacher- Gatton

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Gatton. As a Programming and Planning Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating, engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children.
About the Centre: 20 place family and community service, not operating on Wednesday.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education frameworks. Create daily schedules that balance play, learning, and rest. Plan and implement thematic units that foster children's curiosity and creativity. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with the center director and staff to ensure a high-quality educational environment. Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education Proven experience in programming and planning for young children Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and their families

* Early Childhood Education and Care,
* Possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC),
* Hold current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates,
