Oral Therapist/Hygienist/Clinical Care Coordinator The Company Primary Dental is one of Australia's largest Dental Support Organisations, supporting a nationwide network of over 180+ independent dentists in 60+ dental centres across Australia.We are a family of 50+ Dental support team members, 300+ Dental Assistants and a Dental Management team made up of people with decades of experience working in and managing dental practices.We are proudly part of the For Health Group.The Role We are looking for a Permanent Part Time motivated Oral Therapist/Hygienist/Clinical Care Coordinator professional to join the Primary Dental Team in Maroubra on a fixed term 6 month contract.The Oral Therapist/Hygienist/Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Dentist in providing treatment to patients using preventative and educational methods to optimize oral health.The Responsibilities Undertake oral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, management and education for the prevention of oral disease with a focus on promoting healthy oral behaviour to patients of all ages.Where required perform periodontal/gum treatment and other preventative services Build professional relationships and provide patient care in a supportive environment with a focus on enhancing the patient experience Support the clinicians in delivering patient treatment plans Manage surgery set up and change overs between patients ensuring sterilisation procedures are adhered to Maintain a clean and safe working space The Successful Candidates Bachelor of Dental Hygiene or Oral Health or equivalent qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team Collaborative mindset to ensure joint future success Awareness of clinical risk management Sound knowledge of infection control and restorative clinical procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The Benefits Thorough training and ongoing career development opportunities A friendly and supportive dental and management team Team incentives Uniform provided The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an outstanding work environment in a purpose and values-driven Company that invests in its people through training and development and internal promotion.If you want to be a part of this first-class team, join the mission to help build a healthier Australia by Applying Now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
