The successful candidate will work within the IT Shared Services Platform and be accountable for operating within a project environment to understand, document and improve business processes.About the opportunity: Reporting to the Application Development Manager, the Business Analyst will comply with CSPD project guidelines, identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non-functional requirements.Key accountabilities: Facilitating workshops and actively engaging with end user stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements Performing gap analysis between existing processes and proposed solutions and assisting with remediation activities Documenting existing and informing new business and technology processes using applicable software and notation techniques Contributing to the development of project and test plans to validate future state including overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness Assisting with documentation for project members as well as end user documentation such as standard operating procedures and training guides Other project activity as designated by project or service area leadership Typical experience and qualifications: 4+ years' experience working as Business Analyst Extensive experience in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional requirements) Strong skills in stakeholder management Ability to adapt to changing situations and deal with ambiguity and complexity Ability to identify and prioritise business needs, risks, and opportunities Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills Experience working with Jira Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with Visio, Lucid Charts or similar tools Experience working with applications in Sitecore, Power Platform, Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Desirable) Experience or knowledge with various enterprise applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, TechOne, Compass, Canvas) (Desirable) In return: Competitive remuneration Salary packaging Parental leave Flexible work arrangements including a hybrid working model Wellbeing programs Professional development opportunities Interested?
