About the Role
This is an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Agribusiness division. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and large-scale family customers, driving growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of Agribusiness customers with a customer-centric approach
* Collaborating with Product Partners and the credit team to structure deals
* Building valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimise non-lending losses
* Applying strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations
* Managing compliance and assessing both new and existing transactions
Requirements
* Ability to build long-term client relationships supported by best of class customer satisfaction outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage C-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers
* Strong understanding of Commercial mid-market banking products and ability to analyse financial statements
* Ability to identify financial opportunities for clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services
* Ability to negotiate and structure complex and customised banking deals
