About the Role
RN-1 We are seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide vital nursing services within a supportive environment, working closely with individuals facing mental health challenges. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and grow professionally, transitioning from novice to proficient practice through continuous development and hands-on experience. Your commitment to improving patient care will be supported with ongoing learning and mentorship, allowing you to refine your expertise and broaden your impact in the mental health field.
At this level, you will take ownership of your practice, ensuring high standards of care and accountability for both your actions and those delegated to others. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to positive patient outcomes in a caring and responsive setting. This role is perfect for a nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career, combining passion for mental health with a commitment to professional growth and excellence in nursing practice.
RN-2 We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our dedicated mental health team. In this role, you will provide exceptional mental health nursing care across a variety of settings within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP). Your practice will be underpinned by your experience and/or further studies, allowing you to provide high-quality care while continuously developing your skills and expertise. As a CN, you will take responsibility for your own practice standards and be accountable for activities delegated to others, while offering guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment focused on patient-centred care.
While the CN role is primarily clinical in nature, you will also have the opportunity to engage in activities that align with your professional growth and the strategic priorities of the MHCP. This may include involvement in clinical teaching, research, and participation in complex MHCP-wide projects, such as developing clinical protocols, guidelines, and process mapping. Your contributions will be essential in shaping the future of mental health care within our organisation, making this role ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about both clinical practice and leadership development.
